MARCH 26, 2001 The incoming editor-in-chief of the Alaska Law Review, published by Duke University in North Carolina, says Alaska Native issues help draw students and professionals to the scholarly journal. Each spring break, a number of students travel to the state to learn more about the state's often unique legal challenges, including those affecting tribal sovereignty and Alaska Native corporations.
