MAY 8, 2001 The Coeur d'Alene Tribe of Idaho over the weekend held elections for its seven-member tribal council. There were two open spots on the council. Chiarpah Matheson unseated incumbent Norma Peone for one; incumbent Richard Mullen held onto his seat. Get the Story:
