FRIDAY, JULY 20, 2001 Supreme Court Justices Sandra Day O'Connor and Stephen Breyer visited two tribal courts this week. On Wednesday, they visited the drug court of the Spokane Tribe of Washington. They praised the unique, community-driven approach to helping youth offenders. On Thursday, they arrived at the Navajo Nation where they met with tribal and judicial officials. Their visit continues today, when they will address the Navajo Nation Council. Get the Story:
