Former Indian director speaks out

MONDAY, MARCH 4, 2002 The fired director of New Mexico's Commission on Indian Affairs is accusing a co-worker of filing a sexual harassment claim to get back at him. Terry Aguilar says he asked Sharon Noel to resign last November. He said her work as legal counsel to the commission was not satisfactory. He then said Noel subsequently filed the claim, which led to the commission's board to seek his dismissal. Get the Story:
