DOJ holding back documents

Ignoring a federal judge's order, the Department of Justice is refusing to release documents related to a terrorism investigation.

U.S. District Judge Nancy G. Edmunds last week ruled that closed hearings regarding the deportation of a Lebanese activist were unconstitutional. Yesterday, she issued an order to force the government to release information about the case but Justice is holding back the documents.

Edmunds will hold a hearing today on the issue.
