Donald Trump will testify about his involvement against Indian gaming in New York state, in an agreement with the Temporary Commission on Lobbying

The commission had been calling on Trump to disclose his activities. His lawyers had earlier said they would refuse subpoenas to testify and said they might sue the state.

Trump has admitted to funding a group which produced ads depicting the St. Regis Mohawk as engaging in criminal behavior. He also admitted to underwriting the efforts of lawsuits against Governor George Pataki's signing of gaming compacts.

The commission is considering whether or not these are illegal lobbying.
