Voters say yes no to casinos

In non-binding referendums, voters in two Wisconsin communities said yes and no to casinos on Election Day.

In Beloit, a proposal by the Bad River and St. Croix Ojibwe passed with 61 percent. In La Crosse, a proposal by the Ho-Chunk Nation failed.
