Okla. lottery may lead to expanded gaming

FEBRUARY 14, 2001 In a move which could open up Class III gaming to tribes in the state, Oklahoma Senator Brad Henry plans to introduce a lottery proposal today. A state lottery was placed before voters in 1994 but was turned down. Get the Story:
