FEBRUARY 15, 2001 A proposal to have a state run lottery in Oklahoma was held back from consideration on Wednesday. Sen. Brad Henry says he hopes it will be heard by the Senate Appropriations subcommittee next week. A lottery could open up Class III gaming to tribes in the state. Get the Story:
