Study says tribes make money

A study commissioned by Reno Redevelopment Agency says California's tribal casinos make money.

So much money that they might draw away business from non-Indian gaming enterprises.

The study says that the expansion of gaming by California tribes could cause the state to lose up to $43 million in tax revenue and draw jobs away from the state.
