The Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians will open a new casino at midnight tonight in Rancho Mirage, California.

The $90 million is the second Vegas-style casino to be opened since voters approved Proposition 1A last year. The $115 million Pala Casino was the first; it opened on Tuesday.

The Agua Caliente are the first to own two casinos in the state, though.
