MAY 1, 2000 LaRue Parker, the new tribal chairman of the Caddo Nation, wants less taxation on Indian-related business and more Indian-friendly representation in the legislature. Along with other tribal leaders, Parker spoke about the impact that Indian tribes and the Indian community have on the state of Oklahoma.
