Mohegan Tribe's bonds draw big interest

FRIDAY, JULY 27, 2001 The Mohegan Tribe of Connecticut closed a $150 milion bond sale on Thursday, the last piece of financing for a $1 billion casino expansion. The bonds were offered last Thursday and sold out the same day. Interest was so high that $450 million in ordered were placed. Get the Story:
