States want to tax Internet

In a letter being sent to every member of Congress, more than 40 Governors are uging them to allow states to tax the sale of goods on the Internet.

A five-year moratorium will expire in October. A House Judiciary subcommittee has approved another five-year ban, with the bill to come under consideration early next month.
