SEPTEMBER 26, 2000 The New London Day reports that the Mohegan Tribe of Connecticut has placed a $50,000 deposit on a site in North Stonington and may use it to develop a new aquaculture business. The tribe has been looking into developing a waterfront business for at least a year. The business could might include clamming, oystering, and fishing, speculates the paper. Get the Story:
