Opponents to a casino proposed by the Snoqualmi Tribe of Washington are already lining up after the tribe presented its plans to a local city last night.

The tribe wants to build a hree-story, 170,000-square-foot Class III gaming facility. The tribe promises it will blend in with the natural surroundings but opponents questioned why a casino should be allowed at all.

The tribe has asked the Department of Interior to take 56 acres of land into trust for the project.
