FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 9, 2001

The New Mexico Gaming Control Board has named Peggy Roberts as the state's tribal gaming liaison.

Roberts already sits on the board because she has served as chair of the New Mexico Lottery Authority. She will resign that post, however, to take up the new one.

The liaison position was created in 1997 by the state.
