MAY 10, 2001 The Bush administration on Wednesday warned Congress not to withhold paying the full dues the United States owes to the United Nation. Republican and Democratic leaders of the House International Affairs Committee have threatened to hold back dues in retaliation for the United States losing a seat on the Human Rights Commission.
