Alaska Native issues hearing today

MAY 10, 2001 In its continuing sessions on priorities in Indian Country, the Senate Committee on Indian Affairs will hold a hearing on the goals of Alaska Natives. The Committee has previously heard from the National Congress of American Indians and the United South and Eastern Tribes. Issues expected to be raised in today's hearing include funding, law enforcement, and alcohol and health care. Relevant Links:
