TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 4, 2001 Former Attorney General Janet Reno today will announce plans to consider a run for Governor of Florida, sources told The Washington Post. Reno will announce an exploratory committee for the race, they said. A formal announcement might come in a month, they added. Speculation has been high since Reno left the Clinton administration and moved back home to Miami. Gov. Jeb Bush (R) has all but declared his intent to seek re-election and many Democrats would like to see defeated if only as payback for last year's Presidential election fiasco which gave the state to his brother, George W.
