A parade of lawsuits have been filed against the Department of Interior alleging mismanagement of trust assets.

The Seminole Nation and the Quapaw Tribe, which are both represented by the same attorney, are among the latest. Each wants the Interior to provide a full accounting of their trust assets.

The Osage Nation of Oklahoma, the Crow Tribe of Montana and California tribes have also filed lawsuits.
