OCTOBER 27, 2000 The South Dakota Division of Criminal Investigation is looking into allegations of excessive forced used by a police chief against a homeless Native American woman. Witnesses who watched Wagner Chief Ed Zylstra arrest Sharon K. Gullikson say he used excessive force. Several Yankton Sioux tribal members have complained about the incident. Get the Story:
