NOVEMBER 6, 2000 A non-Indian man who says he is a member of the Native American Church has agreed to stop telling Hopi prophecies to non-Indians. The cultural preservation office of the Hopi Tribe wrote John Kimmey a letter, asking him to stop billing himself as a "carrier of Hopi prophecy."
