The Secret Service routinely investigates threats against the President's life and in Nebraska, that happens about once a month, says The Lincoln Journal Star.

Bill Clinton will be visiting Nebraska on Friday but two Secret Service Agents got there first. They investigated a Unversity of Nebraska student who wrote in a student newspaper column that she would shoot Clinton if he didn't grant clemency to Leonard Peltier.

The Secret Service says they aren't increasing security due to the column.
