When Marsha Newman of Carnegie, OK, learned of the shooting death of a Kiowa woman by officer Russell A. Williams, she recalled her own pain. In 1995, Williams was charged for killing her son, but the charges were later thrown out in 1996. Williams resigned Thursday April 6, amid controversy and Kiowa protests. Get the Story:
