Dalai Lama meets with Lakota man

The Dalai Lama, the spiritual leader of Tibetan Buddhists, met with Rev. Martin Brokenleg, an Episcopal priest, Augustana College professor and enrolled member of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe, at an inter-faith panel discussion in Minnesota.

The Dalai Lama encouraged American Indians to share their views about the environment and life to society.

The panel discussion took place at the University of Minnesota.
