The Pipestone National Monument in Pipestone, Minnesota will repatriate a pipe that belonged to Osage Chief Roan Horse. Roan Horse's grandson, Raymond Laskey Sr., claimed the pipe under the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA) of 1990.
