In an editorial today, the Norwich Bulletin says the lack of agreement between the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation and three Connecticut towns is acceptable because talks between the sides are ongoing.

But the paper says both sides aren't being specific on their goals. The paper says the towns have no basis to claim they can't live with any amount of trust land the tribe is seeking.

The paper says the tribe is non-committal on establishing a limit to trust land.
