JULY 6, 2001 In an editorial today, the Sioux Falls Argus Leader says businesses and professional organizations should start training and employing American Indians because its "the right thing to do." The paper says the University of South Dakota's Science and Technology Enhancement Program is helping to bring more Indian students into the health care field.
