SEPTEMBER 7, 2000 A laywer for the Keenan family asked jurors in Idaho on Wednesday to award them $11.26 million in their suit against the Aryan Nations. The jury, however, can decide to award the family a different amount. The family is suing the Aryan Nations and founder for a 1998 attack on Victoria Keenan and her son, Jason. Their civil suit seeks compensatory and punitive damages against Butler for assault, false imprisonment, and emotional distress. Get the Story:
