THURSDAY, JANUARY 10, 2002 Historian Stephen Ambrose is acknowledging he may not have properly attributed information in his books, including one on the Battle of Little Bighorn. Several Ambrose books have been questioned by scholars, starting with current best-seller "The Wild Blue." Ambrose said he would attribute quotes taken from Thomas Childers' "Wings of Morning." His book "Crazy Horse and Custer" has similar passages to Jay Monaghan's "Custer," according to Forbes.Com Get the Story:
