Haskell conference seeks Bush

FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 22, 2002 Haskell Indian Nations University is hosting a conference on Indian gaming in April and has asked President Bush to attend. Steve Cadue, a local business leader and former Kickapoo tribal official, extended the invitation and has been told it will be considered. To help encourage Bush, he is calling on the school, tribal leaders and others to write and call the White House. "Indian Nations and Indian Gaming: Reaching Opportunities of the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act" will take place April 2-3. Get the Story:
