Most of watercraft ban upheld

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 17, 2002 The National Park Service is implementing most of a Clinton-era ban on personal watercraft. Five parks that wanted the ban are immediately affected with three more finalizing their reviews in hopes of keeping the scooters off the water. Five more are opposing the ban and hope to provide an assessment to support their position. Get the Story:
