President Bush on Wednesday called on the Senate to ban all types of human cloning.

The House last August outlawed the creation of cloned human embryos with the Human Cloning Prohibition Act. The Senate is set to take up a similar bill sponsored by Sens. Sam Brownback (R-Kan.) and Mary Landrieu (D-La.) and supported by Democrats and Republicans.
