Minn. tribe highlights sovereignty

Leech Lake Ojibwe Chairman Eli Hunt gave his annual State of the Band address on Wednesday.

Hunt highlighted tribal sovereignty, gaming and social problems as the major issues facing the tribe. The tribe has about 8,500 members, according to the Associated Press.
