Faced with a lawsuit in its court, the Kickapoo Tribe of Oklahoma is blasting a former gaming partner.

Chairman Danny Kaskaske told The Daily Oklahoman that the tribe can't be sued for a breach of a gaming agreement because the deal was rejected by federal regulators. He also criticized First American Kickapoo Operations for revealing confidential settlement information and said the company was non-responsive.
