THURSDAY, APRIL 25, 2002

Arizona tribes would be required to disclose how much money the make from their casinos and how it is used.

A House panel approved the bill without hearing testimony from tribes or tribal representatives. It is part of a measure that puts gaming compacts on the November ballot.

A bill to implement the compacts was killed by a Senate committee. A full floor vote is being forced.
