THURSDAY, JANUARY 24, 2002 The 10-member New Mexico Commission on Indian Affairs voted last Friday to remove executive director Terry Aguilar from his position should he choose not to resign voluntarily. Aguilar, of San Ildefonso Pueblo, has been at the center of numerous allegations, including sexually inappropriate behavior. He was placed on paid leave on December 3 pending a state investigation.
