Norton set for trial testimony

She isn't the first and probably won't be the last but Secretary of Interior Gale Norton will take the stand in her contempt trial tomorrow.

Former secretary Bruce Babbitt took the stand in the first trial of the Individual Indian Money (IIM) case, testifying on a Saturday. Norton won't go that far, as her attorney want her off the stand by 3:30 to whisk her off to some meeting somewhere.
