TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 19, 2002 Don Loudner, a member of the Crow Creek Sioux Tribe of South Dakota and veteran of the Korean War, is one of 19 members on the national Advisory Committee on Minority Veterans. Loudner was appointed to his position by Secretary of Veterans Affairs Anthony Principi. He is one of three Natives on the panel, which advises the VA on how to meet the needs of minority veterans.
