FRIDAY, MARCH 1, 2002 A company owned by the Northern Arapaho Tribe of Wyoming has qualified as a contractor for the federal government. Northern Arapaho Tribal Industries is certified under the HUB Zones program. The program gives disadvantaged firms, including those on reservations and tribal areas, preferences when bidding for federal contracts. Get the Story:
