Paper Writes Article About Tribe
SUNDAY, APRIL 1, 2001

SOMEWHERE, CT -- A Connecticut paper today wrote an article about a tribe, as shown by documents obtained by Indian Country Tomorrow.

It was either The New London Day, The Hartford Courant, The Norwich Bulletin, or possibly The Connecticut Post.

The tribe the article discussed was either the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation, the Mohegan Tribe, the Eastern Pequot Tribe, or the Paucatuck Eastern Pequot Tribe. Reports suggest the article may have discussed the Golden Hill Paugussett Tribe or the Schaghticoke Tribe.

Indian Country Tomorrow will publish more details as they surface.
