Donald Trump Strikes New Deal SUNDAY, APRIL 1, 2001 Donald Trump in his new Pechanga hair piece. | PECHANGA RESERVATION, CA -- Gaming mogul Donald Trump has struck a new deal in Indian Country but surprisingly, it doesn't involve gaming. Instead of opening up a casino, The Donald has entered into a contract with the Luiseno Band of Pechanga Indians of California to supply him with hair pieces and toupees for the rest of his life. The deal is worth at least $85 million. "We're extremely pleased," Chairman Antonio "James" Baldonado told Indian Country Tomorrow on Friday. "Our tribe is proud to be known throughout America as Donald Trump's hair source." Ground breaking on the tribe's new Donald Trump Hair Care Center for Men will begin in May, said Baldonado. Using the latest advances in hair care technology, it will soon become a world-class center for follically challenged men all over the globe, he added. "We'll start off with a variety of hair pieces to meet Trump's needs," said Baldonado. "One for swimming, one for television appearances, one for evening dinners, you know, stuff like that. From there, we'll be able to help others. Its just the way we are."
