Job Title: Sales Representative
Department: All Native Solutions
Reports To: Office Manager
Opening/Closing : 2/11/2013 – Open Until Filled
Position is responsible for increasing existing business, attracting new business and identifying new customer bases. In coordination with supervisor develop goals, strategies and objectives for generating business leads, increasing sales and diversifying product and service offerings. Organizational skills, dedication, enthusiasm, and reliability are imperatives for success.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prospecting for new clients and maximizing customer revenue potential.
Developing and growing long-term relationships with new customers while maintaining and increasing established business.
Managing and interpreting customer requirements - speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs.
Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.
Providing product information and personal service to customer accounts, old and new.
Spending 50% of time on face to face sales calls and 50% in office and over the phone.
Develop thorough product knowledge and be able to convey understanding to customers.
Represent the processes and capabilities of All Native Solutions to the new and current clients.
Ability to present developmental data needed for new product/process for decision making.
Ability to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial organization, in both a team and independent environment.
Participation in company sponsored training and educational sessions.
Participation in applicable trade shows.
Must be willing to travel.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers, vendors, and company employees via phone, fax, e-mail or written correspondence.
Ability to interpret product drawings and specifications.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills are essential.
Computer knowledge including, but not limited to: word processing, e-mail, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
Maintains a valid Driver’s License. Must be insurable.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
B.A. in Marketing or Business Administration preferred. Prior experience in sales may be substituted for formal education. General Sales experience required.
