A couple from the Rosebud Sioux Tribe of South Dakota has filed a lawsuit against the Indian Health Service for the death of their six-week-old son.
Eric Keefe underwent a circumcision at the Rosebud Indian Health Service Hospital last June. He died at the hospital after suffering massive blood loss.
The boy's parents, Forrest and Mary Keefe, are seeking $2 million for personal injury and wrongful death.
