DOJ conducting interviews as part of probe of Seattle police

The Department of Justice is in Seattle, Washington, this week as part of its investigation of the city's police force.

DOJ opened a civil rights inquiry after the death of John T. Williams, who was a member of the Dididaht First Nation. Williams was shot and killed by a police officer last November.

City officers have been involved in other high-profile incidents, mostly against Hispanic and African-American residents.
