Jena Choctaw Tribe confident on casino plans

The chief of Jena Band of Choctaws says the tribe will open casino somewhere in Louisiana.

The tribe's first choice was rejected by the Bush administration due to concerns about high revenue-sharing. But now that the formerly landless tribe now has two trust properties, chief Christine Norris says approval for a casino is only a matter of time.

The state already has three tribal casinos that compete with riverboat and tribal gaming in Mississippi.
