Congressman wants to limit off-reservation gaming

Rep. Richard Pombo (R-California), the chairman of the House Resources Committee, has floated a bill to limit off-reservation gaming. Sen. David Vitter (R-Louisiana) has introduced a bill to bar reservation shopping.
