The Cayuga Nation of New York has temporarily shut down its Class II gaming facility.
The tribe closed the facility in response to a new Seneca County law that outlaws gaming.
The tribe doesn't believe it is subject to the law and are considering a challenge.
The facility is located on ancestral land that is not held in trust. Local officials say it operating illegally.
