The Seminole Tribe is hosting the annual Florida Gaming Summit on October 16-17.
The summit takes place at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood. Hundreds are expected to attend to discuss issues like Class III gaming, politics and tourism.
The Seminole Tribe and the Miccosukee Tribe tried to negotiate Class III compacts with Gov. Jeb Bush (R) but he recently ended talks. Slot machines have been legalized in the state.
